. Response to an incident: Breach of data?  cyberattacks?  If it happens, you specify precisely what has to be done and when.
. Risk management and assessment: You determine possible information security threats and evaluate how they could affect the Kärcher Group.  You raise security standards and create plans and procedures to avoid the worst.
If you could bring this in, it would be AMAZING:
. A degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
. several years of expertise working in consultancy (such as as an information security officer) or in an international (industrial) organization in the fields of cyber and information security
. thorough familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, or other pertinent security standards
. thorough knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, and encryption technologies
. Strong communication abilities, fluency in business English, and ideally proficiency in German
. While having current certifications like TISP, CISSP, or CCSP is advantageous, it is also possible to get them at our organization if desired.
. A strong focus on finding solutions, an analytical approach, and a love of working in multidisciplinary teams
