    Job Description: 
    Pre Sales A&L Lead is a senior-level professional who is essential to business development, technical operations, and team leadership. 
    Skills and Experience Needed: 
    • Ability to understand requirements and derive solutions; 
    • Proficiency in Python programming; 
    • Knowledge of Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, MatplotLib, and other related tools; 
    • Good exposure to developing machine learning-based classification, regression, and clustering algorithms; 
    • Knowledge of geospatial data capture, photogrammetry, LiDAR, and satellite imagery to guide accurate annotation
    • Expertise in debugging tools and testing methodologies. 
    • A fundamental comprehension of computer vision libraries and ideas. 
    • Strong analytical and communication abilities 
    • Proficiency with Python programming, scripting, and associated developer tools 
    • Proficient in machine learning frameworks, preferably Tensor Flow and AWS BlazingText on SageMaker 
    • Familiarity with several neural network designs, such as CNN, RNN, word2vec, and attention/transformer 
    Education and Experience: BTech, MTech, or MCA in computer science; 7–12 years of experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models; and annotation and labeling. 
    • Strong background in project planning, project execution, and team management 
    • Qualification of leads, finding customers, product demonstration, proof-of-concept (POCs), execution, and follow-up 
    • Quality Assurance: Guaranteeing the quality and correctness of labels and annotations on maps and geospatial data sets. 
    • Overseeing a group of annotators and instructing them in annotation methods and tools 
    • Offering the technical direction and guidance required for the group's success Finding, evaluating, and cultivating opportunities 
    Collaborating with clients or consumers to determine their needs. 
    Developing sales strategies and raising the likelihood that a prospect will become a lead; actively participating in pre-sales roles with the sales team to expand A&L business; implementing new technologies like AI and ML to improve the annotation process and map quality; and producing significant value for clients, partners, and staff.
