With almost 4,500 workers, the Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) division is leading the way in process excellence and is SAP's first reference client.
You are the Chief Information Officer's (CIO) single point of contact for internal executive employee engagement initiatives as the Business Partner (f/m/d) for SAP.
In this position, you will play a key role in advancing the goals of the CIO, optimizing workflows, and raising the general effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives.
Important duties include of:
. Keep track of CPIT's most noteworthy accomplishments and assess ways to highlight them.
. Oversee and effectively lead executive staff engagement initiatives, emphasizing value-driven narrative and consistent content delivery.
. Ensure consistent, single-voice message and assist internal executive engagements.
. Oversee executive communication initiatives to guarantee CPIT and SAP message is consistent.
. Manage CPIT's communication tools and infrastructure to improve communication effectiveness overall.
. To guarantee uniformity across CPIT, manage pertinent stakeholders and communities and carry out communication asset governance.
. Provide specialized communication assistance to address CPIT's particular requirements.
A PROFILE OF YOU:
. possess a solid foundation of more than five years of professional experience and a track record of success in related positions.
. possess outstanding communication skills and management expertise in overseeing employee engagement initiatives.
. Have a great deal of expertise working with C-Level stakeholders and senior executives.
. has a background in technology communication or information technology.
. When fixing problems, adopt a results-driven approach.
. proficient in German and English.
. possess a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, business economics, or a similar discipline and have relevant real-world experience in executive engagement, project management, and marketing.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
An essential component of CPIT Business Operations, the Employee Engagement & Governance CoE is responsible for spearheading fundamental business services for the CIO and the CPIT leadership group.  To guarantee uniform, impactful communications throughout the CPIT business, the team is promoting standardized employee engagement channels and communication services.  In addition to ensuring the seamless delivery of critical communication services and upholding operational excellence, the team is key to maintaining high standards for employee engagement initiatives.
