. Detailed project management, planning, control, and monitoring for the advancement of our ticket system SRPlus while accounting for advancements in artificial intelligence
. creation of ideas for the system's future development in collaboration with the product manager, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and chatbots/conversational bots          
. thorough management and coordination of collaboration between the different departments and outside partners
. Making certain that project goals are implemented on schedule and within budget
. creating project reports and plans
. interaction with stakeholders both inside and outside the company
Your profile:
. completed coursework in business informatics, computer science, or a related field
. Many years of project management expertise, including experience with agile projects
. PMO Plus expertise and excellent project planning and control skills are ideal.
. If it's feasible: Knowledge of artificial intelligence and conversational bots, along with a keen interest in and connection to these technologies
. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
. High degree of initiative and dedication
