Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer Location: [Lahore, Pakistan] Job Type: Part-time Department: Technology/R&D Reports To: Head of AI/CTO About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative artificial intelligence specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring intelligent systems to life. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and train predictive models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and apply relevant findings to projects. Optimize and scale AI solutions for performance and efficiency. Conduct testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability. Document processes, models, and systems for reproducibility and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Nice to Have: Experience deploying AI models in production environments. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications. Understanding of responsible AI principles and ethics.
