    The Opportunity
    . to create and maintain customer connections, create new business prospects, and move deals through the sales funnel. Working together with Principal Packaging & Sales Engineers (PPSE) to provide specialized technical solutions, the Account Executive (AE) is in charge of prospecting, handling the commercial aspect of the sales process, and engaging clients initially.
    Principal Duties: Generating Revenue
    . Create and implement a thorough sales plan to reach financial goals.
    . To qualify incoming leads and create new prospects, use outbound prospecting techniques including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
    . Organize discovery meetings and build rapport with possible customers.
    . Oversee sales from lead generation to closure while ensuring internal coordination with technical departments.
    . Using the CRM, manage the sales pipeline while maintaining precise tracking and forecasting.
    . Client relationship management serves as the main point of contact for potential customers, establishing and preserving enduring bonds.
    . Work together with the PPSE to make sure that bids and project scopes take into account the client's business demands.
    . Oversee business negotiations to secure advantageous terms for Adept Group while striking a balance between profitability and customer pleasure.
    . Ensure seamless project handoffs to the delivery teams by taking part in post-purchase follow-up, Director of Packaging.
    Working together and developing proposals
    . Define the client's needs and create customized solutions in close collaboration with the PPSE.
    . Work together with the technical team to create proposals that satisfy Adept Group's business objectives as well as the client's commercial needs.
    . To guarantee agreement on price, scope, and timing, lead conversations with internal stakeholders, such as the PPSE, Managing Director, and Director of Packaging.
    Growth Strategy
    . Find ways to cross-sell and upsell to current non-key accounts that have several purchasers.
    . To establish Adept Group in a competitive position in the market, keep up-to-date knowledge of the company's service offerings and industry trends.
    . Engage prospects on LinkedIn and other platforms to support thought leadership and social selling initiatives.
    Qualifications: Preferably a bachelor's degree
    . Preference is given to those with at least three years of demonstrated expertise in B2B sales of technical services linked to packaging.
    . outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
    .good problem-solving and analysis skills.
    . proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot recommended).
    . ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
    . readiness to adjust and pick up new skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
    . Candidates must be able to work for ANY company in the United States. An employment visa cannot be sponsored by us or taken over.
