    Regarding the position
    Your contribution to our product team's success as an engineering manager will be crucial in ensuring that we continuously provide top-notch products and services that complement corporate objectives. You will be the driving force behind team culture and performance, creating a supportive, effective atmosphere where each team member may reach their full potential. In order to enhance our procedures, encourage creativity, and support our engineering culture, you will also collaborate across functional boundaries with engineering leadership.
    What you're going to do:
    -Lead Effective Delivery: Lead the group through sprint and quarterly objectives, making sure that every cycle produces significant, superior results. 
    -Create Clarity and Remove Barriers: Assist team members in overcoming obstacles, setting goals for their careers and the team, and maintaining a positive pace.
    -Proactively Solve Issues: Identify problems early, suggest fixes, and organize actions to deal with and resolve them.
    -Increase Team Morale and Motivation: Foster a supportive team environment by distributing responsibilities fairly and acknowledging accomplishments.
    -assistance Career Development: Assist team members in developing in their positions by offering them individualized assistance, constructive criticism, and mentorship.
    -Champion Best Practices: Promote a culture of quality and accountability by supervising the implementation of engineering best practices.
    _Encourage Collaboration: To coordinate efforts and progress the engineering department as a whole, collaborate extensively with product owners, cross-functional teams, and other management.
    -Make Technical Health a priority: To guarantee long-term viability, promote technical debt resolution and keep a technological roadmap up to date.
    -Recruit and Develop Talent: Oversee hiring campaigns, suggest headcounts, and make sure the group is prepared for expansion.

    -Strong Engineering Foundations: a strong foundation in software development and a thorough knowledge of Jira and Confluence, two applications used in software delivery. 
    -Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to balance project deadlines with personal development by coaching and mentoring engineering teams.
    -Adaptability and Resilience: The capacity to manage several priorities with flexibility while maintaining organization and attention in a fast-paced setting.
    -Data-Driven Decision-Making: Able to use data to inform choices, monitor advancement, and enhance procedures over time. adept at converting company needs into precise, workable delivery strategies.
    -Clear Communication: Capable of participating in and making contributions to high-level technical conversations, as well as translating technical concepts for stakeholders who are not technical.
    -Passion for Continuous Growth: Demonstrated history of dedication to personal growth, including further education; receptiveness to team and peer criticism; and a constructive, problem-solving mindset.
    -Empathy and Inclusivity: Capable of leading multicultural teams and fostering an atmosphere that values different viewpoints and skill sets.
