. We are seeking a Paid Social Freelance Consultant to collaborate with our team on international accounts around Europe, mostly in Spain and France. Your primary responsibilities will be managing paid media campaigns and generating leads.
. This is a full-time remote position from EMEA (+/- 2 hours from France).
. Rate per day: 150–200€, based on expertise and profile
Missions:
. Oversee high-budget advertising campaigns (more than $100,000 per month) across a number of platforms, mostly Meta but also Google and Bing, while overseeing a variety of customers and verticals.
. Monitor and evaluate your portfolio's performance (revenue, margin, and quality) with 20–25 clients, and keep improving campaign results.
. Utilize data to consistently raise income, volume, and quality.
. To determine the most effective ways to enhance the current advertising techniques, test, study, and refine new use cases.
. Collaborate with the marketing-operations and sales teams to create and manage acquisition funnels.
Profile:
. Two or more years of expertise in search advertising (Google/Bing), managing lead generation, conversion, and acquisition campaigns, and social media advertising on Meta Ads—experience with Snapchat or Tiktok Ads is advantageous
. Experience managing several accounts
. Strong analytical abilities and a performance mentality
. Data-driven, innovative, and proactive
. Fluent in Spanish and either English or French
. Experience working with both Spanish and foreign clients; familiarity with Spanish market trends
. A keen eye for detail
. Good communication skills
