    Description: 
    You will play a significant role in our sales team as a Sales Service Representative at Packaging & Paper Division in Gothenburg, primarily assisting the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Working closely with global partners in logistics, suppliers, and customers, you will oversee the supply chain from beginning to end. 
    Key responsibilities: 
    Sales Service:
     Contracts are issued and the supply chain process is managed, including keeping in touch with suppliers and customers.
     Tracking down shipments and truck deliveries, as well as promptly giving clients the necessary paperwork. 
    Create client invoices, approve supplier payments, and keep an eye on your credit limit. 
    Offer assistance to our group of traders. 
    Logistics:
     Make travel arrangements and reservations. 
    Issue and supply pertinent records. 
    Close coordination between trucking companies, warehouses, suppliers, forwarders, and carriers. 
    Keeping all parties involved informed. 
    Take part in the third-party warehouse's annual inventory counts and reconciliations. 
    Job Qualifications: 
    Positive outlook, initiative, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to the demands of the company are all qualities that define our ideal applicant. 
    For this role, it's also crucial to pay close attention to details and possess strong organisational and time management abilities. 
    He or she should be passionate about offering top-notch customer service, exhibit great written and verbal communication skills, and have solid interpersonal skills. 
    In a fast-paced work environment, it's critical to be able to manage various activities, prioritise deadlines, communicate information professionally, and follow up clearly and promptly. a business degree or prior experience in customer service, sales, or logistics in the transportation or commodity sectors. 
    Strong familiarity with Word, Excel, and ERP-type software; excellent command in both Swedish and English.
