The following are necessary skills: 
• Senior technical leadership experience, able to mentor junior engineers and drive technical strategy; 
• a track record of successfully overseeing intricate AI projects from inception to completion; 
. a demonstrated capacity to explain intricate technical ideas to stakeholders of all backgrounds; 
• Proven innovation in AI research or practical applications.
extensive knowledge of machine learning libraries and expert-level Python skills
• Comprehensive familiarity with cloud platforms (a GCP is required, but Azure is preferred) and AI/ML cloud services; 
• Advanced understanding of machine learning methods, neural network designs, and AI model construction
• Proficiency in big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks; 
• Proven ability to develop and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure; 
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling, data preparation, and feature engineering
