Administrator of VMware Cloud Director (VCD):
Install and set up the components of VMware Cloud Director.
Connect NSX for networking and vCenter Server to VMware Cloud Director.
Set up storage guidelines, resource pools, and other infrastructure components.
Assign roles and permissions to individuals and groups, and create and oversee organizations (tenants).
Manage access limits and enforce security policies.
Distribute and oversee network, storage, and computer resources for tenants.
Keep an eye on resource use to guarantee peak performance.
Manage resource scaling for workloads that change over time.
Install virtual datacenters (vDCs) and onboard new tenants.
Give renters access to catalogs and self-service portals.
Manage configurations unique to each tenant, including virtual networking and virtual machine templates.
Update and patch the underlying infrastructure and VMware Cloud Director.
Test your disaster recovery and backup procedures.
Use APIs to automate management and provisioning processes.
Connect VMware Cloud Director to external tools or write your own scripts to automate tasks.
Verify adherence to legal and organizational requirements.
Requirements:
.  Practical knowledge of VMware Aria Automation, Aria Operations, and Aria Cost is a prerequisite.
.  competence in creating workflows and automation plans as well as integrating Aria with other platforms via APIs.
.  proficiency with NSX-T, vSAN, vSphere, and other VMware infrastructure elements.
.  solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with expertise in multi-cloud management.
.  proficiency with programming languages for automated activities, such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
. knowledge of configuration management technologies like Ansible and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions like Terraform.
. familiarity with VMware's vRealize Operations (vROps) and vRealize Automation (vRA) versions 7.x and 8.x.
. proficiency in creating infrastructure-as-code concepts, processes, and vRA blueprints.
. strong familiarity with ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere.
. practical knowledge of vRO processes, scripting (in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript), and API interaction.
Preferred Skills:
. Experience with VMware NSX-T, SRM, or other VMware products.
. Knowledge of ITIL processes and agile methodologies.
. Certification in VMware (VCP, VCAP, or VCDX)
. Experience with Kubernetes, Tanzu, or other container management platforms.
. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and integration
