•  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Installing, cabling, and configuring computer hardware operating systems and  applications 
•  Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Networking Establishment LAN & WAN issues handling
• To resolve the issues regarding Nexus-Pro monitoring and Data synchronization.
