Full Job Description Supervise Staff

Retail managers hire, screen, and train workers for retail establishments. Also, they are in charge of monitoring and dismissing workers as needed. Regular staff assessments, promotions, and pay raises for top performers are all part of this responsibility.

Analyze Sales Reports and Strategies:
Retail directors analyze daily sales reports to note which items are selling well and which are not, in addition to discerning profit margins for each item. They also design marketing and sales strategies and present them to upper management. This includes designing and setting up in-store sales displays.

Observe staff activities:

Store managers oversee worker scheduling and payroll to make sure all shifts are covered. They also keep an eye on turnover, work satisfaction, and occupational health. Retail directors consult with staff members when issues are found to determine how to improve their level of job satisfaction. 

Control inventory:

Retail directors are in charge of keeping inventory regions up to date and placing new orders as necessary. To advise what should be stocked in stores, this includes preparing frequent inventory reports and buying plans for subsequent seasons.

Salary: From Rs200,000.00 per month
